The First Settlers Region of the Porsche Club of America is offering dual memberships for PCA members.  FSR has long offered dual memberships to PCA members from other regions.  Many PCA members who live near the border of both our regions feel conflicted on which region they would like to align with, so the dual membership program allows them to be a part of both regions!
